Patrick O. Townsend was born on March 6, 1964, in Longview, Texas, and passed from this earth at the age of 20 on October 17, 1984.

Mr. Townsend died as a result of injuries stustained after his three-wheel motorcycle overturned on I-20, approximately 1.5 miles west of Longview. Mr. Townsend was alone on his motorcycle and no other vehicles were involved.

He is buried at Lakeview Memorial Gardens in Longview, Texas.
